1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the win1win website at https://win1win.club (the "Platform"), creating a user account, or placing any wager, you ("User", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with win1win's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the win1win Platform.

win1win reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. The date of the most recent revision appears at the top of this page.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

To access win1win's services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile number. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will update it promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one win1win account. If win1win determines that a User holds more than one account — whether directly or indirectly — win1win reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bets, and forfeit all balances therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your win1win login credentials. All activity conducted through your account will be attributed to you regardless of whether you authorised it. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by win1win may result in suspension of the account and withholding of withdrawals.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposits to your win1win account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. win1win accepts Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank FPX, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other methods listed in the cashier at the time of transaction. win1win does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or payments from third-party accounts.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit where practicable. win1win reserves the right to process withdrawals to any verified payment method registered to your account. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are as specified in the cashier interface and may be updated from time to time. win1win aims to process e-wallet withdrawals within 30 minutes for verified accounts; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

win1win operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering legislation. Deposits that are not followed by genuine wagering activity may be flagged for review. win1win reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse a withdrawal if it reasonably suspects that the transaction is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any violation of these Terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers issued by win1win are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry dates. These specific terms will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, circumvent, or abuse win1win's bonus structures — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, making low-risk complementary bets across accounts, or using automated software to exploit bonus offers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. win1win reserves the right to void any bet, cancel any bonus, and permanently close any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

5.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Wagering requirements and any restrictions on eligible games for wagering purposes will be specified in the applicable promotion terms.

6. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

win1win reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed on events whose outcome is already known at the time of placement, bets placed in error due to manifest system errors, or bets placed in violation of applicable rules.

6.2 System Errors

In the event of a technical failure, communication error, or system malfunction that results in an erroneous wager being accepted or an erroneous payout being made, win1win reserves the right to void the affected transaction. win1win will endeavour to notify affected users as promptly as practicable.

6.3 RNG Certification

All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games on win1win are operated by licensed game providers and certified by independent testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are as certified and published by the relevant game provider. win1win does not modify, adjust, or override RNG outputs.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, in connection with your use of win1win:

• Provide false identity or payment information during registration or verification;
• Access or attempt to access the account of another user;
• Use automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform;
• Engage in any form of collusion with other players or with win1win employees;
• Exploit bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software;
• Engage in any activity that constitutes fraud, money laundering, or financing of unlawful activities;
• Encourage, facilitate, or assist any other person in engaging in any of the above prohibited conduct;
• Use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair win1win's infrastructure.

A breach of this Section 7 constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. 10. Limitation of Liability

win1win's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your win1win account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Privacy

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
